JOB TITLE: – Supply Chain Analyst  

JOB DESCRIPTION: – Tecnifibre seeks an energetic individual driven by the desire to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of our supply chain for both brands,  Tecnifibre and Lacoste. This role presents a fantastic growth opportunity for an early career standout eager to engage in various facets of the supply chain, encompassing demand planning, global logistics, distribution operations, inventory control, and data analytics. The role encompasses a combination of hands-on tactical duties as well as strategic analysis used for long-term planning decisions. The individual will have the autonomy to make a significant impact in shaping this role further and advancing the progress within the Supply Chain.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –

  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to work orders, ensuring timely resolution to maintain the punctual delivery of customer orders. 
  • Maintain master materials data, pricing, HTS codes and other pertinent  information for existing and new products 
  • Work with external parties and constituents to arrange transportation modes with the most effective balance between speed and cost Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory levels, considering historical usage, lead times for delivery, current on-hand balance, and projected future demands.  Minimize stock-out occurrences by effectively managing inventory levels to meet desired targets. 
  • Maintains effective communication among all stakeholders, providing updates on inventory availability, order status, shipment tracking, and other pertinent information.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the supply chain.

QUALIFICATIONS: – The candidate will infuse the team with energy and a sense of urgency, readily diving into any aspect of the supply chain as needed. While it is not important to have played tennis or sport at a high level, a passion for sport is beneficial as we are the Players’ Company. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required.
  • Prior experience in one of the following areas is required; inventory control, international shipment planning, demand planning, or distribution and logistics.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Knowledge of distribution processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Prior experience in the global supply chain/ import/ export preferred.
  • Expert level proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite with a particular focus on MS Excel is required. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms. 
  • Experience with SAP, Netsuite or similar business systems and/or sales order management software preferred. 
  • Master’s Degree preferred. 

LOCATION: – Dallas, TX, or Miami, FL with other flexible options considered for the right  individual 

TRAVEL FREQUENCY: – Approx. 10% of the time –
