TECNIFIBRE is looking for a regional sales manager based in the Midwest Metro area (Chicago or similar metro area preferred). Location: Remote based within the sales region of the Midwest (Priority markets: Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan. Secondary markets: Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri).
Team: Tecnifibre USA, reporting into National Sales Manager-Specialty
Channel Brands: Tecnifibre & Lacoste Sports
Channels: Specialty Tennis Retailers, Tennis Clubs, and Distributors
Compensation: Highly competitive compensation package made up of base salary, sales commissions and bonuses. No cap on sales commissions. Travel budget provided. 401K program,100% of Medical, Dental, and Vision paid for by company.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the annual sales plan for the region
- Develop a customized plan to achieve the region targets (sales, market share, distribution)
- Create joint business plans for strategic accounts within region
- Build a team of brand ambassadors (coaches, influencers, stringers, players) to help drive brand awareness and demand for Tecnifibre and Lacoste products in the region
