Quincy University seeks qualified applicants for the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
– Serves as a representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with members of the QU community and with the public.
– Train and coach the men’s & women’s tennis teams and recruit appropriately qualified student-athletes.
– Supervise and monitor the awarding of athletic grants within budgetary limitations and in accordance with the established University financial aid policy.
– Control budget expenditures for men’s & women’s tennis and control and maintain athletic equipment. Provide reports to the Director of Athletics as requested.
– Implement and develop fundraising strategies through booster clubs, camps, and other projects to support annual operating budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Valid Driver’s License
Knowledge of multiple software programs
Strong written and verbal skills
