The Yale University men’s tennis team is seeking motivated candidates to apply for the position of Second Assistant Coach for the 2023-24 season. This is an unpaid position. We are looking for a candidate who has experience playing or coaching at the collegiate level, is self-driven, has a strong work ethic, and is interested in learning about managing all aspects of a top program at the NCAA Division I level.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- On-court coaching/hitting during team and individual practices
- Coaching during home and away matches
- Film analysis
- Data and stats management
- Assisting in the day-to-day team operations
- Abide by all current NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations
