Full Summer Circuit Schedule | 2023 ITA Player Membership

Are you looking to improve your tennis skills for the upcoming college tennis season? If so, the 2023 ITA Tennis-Point Summer Circuit powered by WTN might be the competition you need to take your game to a new level this Summer.

The ITA created the Summer Circuit for incoming first-year student-athletes and current collegiate players to experience high-level tournament competition during the summer months. And as one of the only national NCAA-compliant series of tournaments offered, the Summer Circuit has kept student-athletes at the peak of their game for numerous years.

This year, the ITA Tennis-Point Summer Circuit is set to feature 55 tournaments over six weekends of play with stops in 27 states across the United States. A complete list of all of the host sites can be found on the ITA Tennis-Point Summer Circuit Event Page.

With seven or more tournaments scheduled each week, players can elect to play one week or all seven weeks with all results being sent directly to the WTN platform so that their improvement over the summer can be directly tracked by coaches back at their school.

In addition, the Summer Circuit events also serve as a qualifier for the ITA Tennis-Point National Summer Championships, showcasing 64 of the top collegiate players from around the country. This qualifying process is based on the total number of points gained during the Summer Circuit Points Race which attributes points to participants based on finish at each Summer Circuit tournament.

Returning NCAA Division I players who win the singles and doubles events at the Summer Championships will receive a wildcard into the main draw of the ITA Men’s & Women’s All-American Championships. Additionally, returning NCAA Division I players who are finalists at the Summer Championships will receive a wildcard into the qualifying round of the All-American Championships.

The Summer Circuit has been one of the most long-standing and successful events for collegiate athletes and high-level juniors on the ITA calendar. The circuit has grown from 35 to 55 tournaments during the past few years while doubling to over 5,000 players.
