ITA/USTA Mentorship Program
Applications for the 2026-27 program open in May 2026
Program Overview
The ITA/USTA Mentorship Program was created in 2020 to help develop and educate the next generation of college coaches. The year-long program matches 15 selected mentees with experienced, current or retired Head Coach mentors from all divisions and backgrounds. The pairs communicate regularly throughout the year and build strong relationships and systems of support. 2025-26 marks the 6th year of the program. Virtual education opportunities will occur throughout the year and all mentees receive a stipend to attend the ITA Coaches Convention.
