Course Overview
CoachUp is a comprehensive and intensive, 6-month virtual course developed to educate and assist college tennis coaches, at all stages of their career, in the fundamentals of coaching. The course is open to ITA member coaches at all levels from all divisions.
Participants learn from leading outside experts as well as some of the most successful, respected college tennis coaches in the country. The course is self-paced and requires approximately 5 hours per month. CoachUp is an opportunity to develop your coaching knowledge if you are new to the profession, or, if you're an experienced coach, a chance to rethink how you "do what you do."
Modules include Self Mastery, Understanding GenZ, Recruiting, Hiring & Developing Staff, Building Team Culture & Identifying and Connecting with Key Stakeholders. Participants can expect to learn from experts like Dr. Tiff Jones, Bo Hanson, Dan Tudor and Gary Green, and also through collaboration with other college coaches.

ITA x USTA Coaching
