We are currently recruiting a private full-time coach for a highly motivated 16-year-old female player with strong ambitions to transition to the WTA level.
Player profile:
- Female, 16 years old, Belarus
- ITF Top 200 junior ranking
- Ambition: professional WTA career
Profile characteristics:
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish (French A2 level)
- Strong athletic background (6 years of Taekwondo)
- Aggressive playing style
- Strong personality, highly demanding of herself, very competitive mindset
- Focused and disciplined in high-performance environments
Development structure:
The coach will be responsible for building a complete performance plan including:
- Game plan development
- Technical, tactical, physical and mental progression
- Annual tournament planning and ranking objectives
- Coordination with physical trainer (training priorities and load management)
- Integration of high-level hitting partners (1–2 required for intensity training)
Role:
- Full-time travelling coach
- Daily on-court development and competition support
- Long-term progression towards WTA level
Requirements:
- High-performance coaching background preferred
- Strong planning and development capabilities
- Ability to manage a demanding but ambitious athlete
- English fluency required (Russian or Spanish is an advantage)
