LEGACY Youth Tennis & Education is a nationally recognized, award-winning nonprofit based in East Falls, Philadelphia. For 75 years, we’ve been preparing youth for success through our inclusive community — using tennis, education and character programming. We are a USTA
Foundation NJTL chapter and one of the few organizations in the country designated as a USTA TEAM USA training site.

We’re not looking for someone to fill court time. We’re building a coaching staff that develops the next generation of top American tennis players — and the character to match. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver high-performance on-court coaching across clinics, private lessons, and camps at all levels
- Maintain and communicate a clear player development pathway within and across programs
- Implement USTA Player Development philosophies across all programming
- Provide timely, professional communication and exceptional service to players and families
- Maintain a presence at local tournaments where your players compete
- Participate in coaches meetings, professional development activities, and special events
- Assist with court maintenance, equipment, enrollment, and attendance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Competitive playing background — collegiate or above strongly preferred
- PTR or USPTA certification (or actively pursuing)
- 4+ years of high-level playing or coaching experience
- High energy, reliability, and initiative — you set the standard on court
- Strong communicator with players, parents, and colleagues
- Team-first mentality; thrives in a diverse, mission-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
